Information technology with cloud technologies and mobile devices have made learning activities cross borders and overcome spatio-temporal constraints. In light of the global trend of e-learning, Taiwan is now promoting new-generation e-learning initiatives and has embarked on developing demonstrations of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) for four years.

To keep moving e-Learning forward, we are organizing the 2018 International Conference on e-Learning and Open Education Forum on 4th and 5th December. The event will revolve around the theme of “Innovation and Application of E-learning,” focusing on topics ranging from organizational policies to the integration of information technology into teaching. We expect to have 200 participants joining this event.
